Beginning just off I-96 at exit 110 in Okemos, this ride traces the path of the Huron River, passing through Stockbridge, Dexter, Ann Arbor, the Willow and Oakwoods Metroparks, Flat Rock, and Rockwood. The return route deviates slightly in Ypsilante for some variety back through Ann Arbor, then back up the Huron RIver to Okemos for the 300k finish. (Note that there are shorter options for this same route start.)
